Group Sessions*
Group sessions are funded and incudes a basic introductions, addressing barriers and concerns, open discussion and group focused coaching . A great way to meet new people with the same interests, needs and concerns, and sharing information. These are ideal for couples or friends and those not quite sure what its all about

One on One Sessions*
One on one sessions are funded and address individual concerns or issues that someone is reluctant to share in a and introduction session. These are short sessions and are generalised in subject response. These session are ideal for those who do not see a need for digital inclusion or who may be embarrassed about their understanding sills or abilities.

Personal Sessions
These sessions are the backbone of the company and are charged at a set fees with the first introduction free to establish coaching requirements and frequency of session tailored to the individuals need and availability. Such sessions are ideal for those who want to embrace technology and gain confidence and ability

Outreach Sessions
These are currently only available for those with wheel chair access in their homes. This is a charged service and is for those in remote areas or have difficulty with transport or travel in the local area or need specific coaching or a domestic device, appliance or systems including satellite navigation and follow the same approach as the personal Sessions.

Personal Issues
Open and frank discussions on areas that an individual has a problem, issue or concern and working out a process to resolve them
Internet Inclusion
Coaching on who the service providers are and what services they can provide and costs, how to contact them and getting internet set up at home and how to remain safe and secure while
Device Use
Coaching on how to use specific devices and actual practice sessions and developing confidence and gaining experience in using them and
Applications
Coaching on how to use specific applications for personal use such as grocery shopping, shopping from established retailers, shopping for gifts and presents, online banking and how to use the applications for managing finance and paying bills

Recognising Scams and Threats
Coaching on how to recognise scam call and potential threats via devices with practical exercises and standard industry advice for staying safe and secure
Further Development
Coaching on free courses and training that is available to expand knowledge and capabilities
Bespoke Sessions
These Coaching session are developed and written to address a specific subject and have written plans, objectives and goals set to measure progress and success
Making it work for you
Coaching on how best to utilise technology to work for you and define what to use and how to help develop a better quality of life
Outreach Session*
Travel or transport issues
This coaching is the same as personal Sessions but does include elements form the One on One Sessions. Costs for traveling are included in these sessions
Home Appliances
Coaching sessions on the use of home appliances that have built in technology and incudes efficient use of these appliances such as setting timers. this also incudes smart TV,s recorders and satellite systems
Domestic Systems
Coaching on domestic systems such heating systems, stand alone radiators, fire alarm and security systems.
Other Devices or Systems
This coaching incudes other appliances, introduction to smart homes and the use of timers, satellite navigation systems and GPS.
* NOTE: prior to the outreach visit, it is recommended to let us the make and model of the equipment
Supporting Service
Instructions
The customer can request a simplified set of instructions on how to use a device or a specific function. This can be a numbers step by step guide or a pictorial guide and ideal for those who have difficulty remembering how to do things
Feed back
Getting feed back, good or bad, is vital for us to improve our services in supporting the community
